- people need to know what comes next and what is expected of them. What are they getting into? For outsourced marketing services, it depends on business size and the role I need to take on. But the minimum is weekly meetings with the owner or CEO. Other meetings with sales teams or existing marketing teams will take place as needed. My level of engagement will vary depending on the business need.
